How is Easter celebrated at your place?
Easter is my favourite of all the celebrations.
It just doesn’t have the “pressure” associated with Christmas. I find it a much more laid back affair.
Plus, chocolate.

If Grandpa arrived at your place, bearing the above sweet treats for your little ones, would you: A) Immediately stage an intervention and confiscate them? B) Allow the kids to devour them and then demand that grandpa babysits until the sugar high wears off? C) Smile serenely. Thank Grandpa. In last week’s Meander, I raved about Elizabeth Gilbert’s article on creative living.
The lovely Shannon pointed me in the direction of this video where Elizabeth discusses further the relationship between creativity and fear. I haven’t had a chance to watch it in full (my kids are playing nap-tag these days.)
I’ve watched about 6 minutes of it, but can already tell it’s a goody. (Any tips on getting 2 kids to sleep AT THE SAME TIME would also be appreciated.) (more…)
